393 Stroker

Does anyone know if I can use 302, 440" Dome pistons in a 393 Stroker I plan on building a budget 393 stroker and I have some old 302 dome pistons that need a good home or should I leave them in the 302. Maybe somebody can help? 351 rods, 302 pistons, and a 3.85 stroke crank... Thanks

You can if you want about 12-13.1 compression

13:1 is probably more likely than 12:1 with that combo unless someone makes a 90cc head that I don't know about [img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_confused.gif[/img]

that piston in a 302 with a 54cc head will give you 13.1 comp.so i am sure it will be a lot more in a 393
