Hows my combo?

Hey guys I just got my 408 up and running. Here is my combo. 4 inch chp streetfighter crank. Probe 6.125 forged lightweight I beam rods. Probe SRS pistons. Hyd. roller cam. Dur. @.050 238 int. 248 exh. Lobe lift int. .3400. exh. .358. Gross valve lift int. .544 Exh. 573. Edelbrock performer 5.0 heads. 2.02 1.60 valves. Victor Jr. manifold and 750 Demon. Compression is around 9.6 What do you think this combo is good for? I hope to ditch the performer 5.0 heads soon and go with the new Victor Jr's. WHat do you think I'll gain by switching heads. I think the 5.0's are holding back the motor. I havn't had it dynoed yet or completely tuned but it doesn't seem to be making what it should.

Thanks for the help.
