What manifold for raised deck block?

I am considering building a stroked small block for my 69 Mustang. If I buy an aftermarket block with a raised deck, how do I order a compatable intake manifold for it? I am considering a Dart 351 block with 9.5" deck height so as to reduce the rod angle as much as possible.

9.5" decks came on all Windsors after 1970 (69 and 70 blocks had 9.480"), so its just a matter of chosing the manifold you want to run.

I think he's talking intake. Anyone listed for a 351w will work.
