Strokers in a circle track race car

Looking for some information from anyone that is running a stroker for circle track racing. I am looking to build a new motor and wondering if a stroker is the way to go and how big I should go. I am racing in the IMCA stock car class, and currently running a 351w, with not a lot done to it. So I am looking for some more power. Any info would be great.
Thanks
Jim

Not a stroker motor but we covered this Pro Truck that runs a long rod motor. 351W with 400 rods.
