I'm happy with it. I wish the torque was a tab more, but i really don't know whow much torque those victor race motors generally make.

With that much compression and camshaft, he NEEDS a nitrous cam!! Otherwise the heat would kill it...what caused the head gasket to let go?

I used the fel pro 1046 gasket and it appearred that the gasket leaked out on the top side og the gasket, near the edge. I don't know what caused it, but i recently put a set of the fel pro mls gaskets on there.

Those MLS gaskets are even worse!!
Do it right, get the block and heads cut for 0-ring's and reciever grooves, and run a dead soft copper gasket.
If its blowing gaskets on just the motor pulls, imagine whats gonna happen when you push that button.
The 0-ring and copper gasket deal will handle anything you can throw at it.

I actually had the copper titan gasket onhtere at first, but notice that the bore of the gasket was hanging over the cylinder a hair. both were 4.155 bore. I have not crank the motor yet with the mls, but if they don't work, i will definitely go to o-ring. That crossed my mind a hundred times before this,

Just a little fyi (at least it happened to me). I used to run copper head gaskets with 0 ringed block. Still wanted to poop past. (and wasn't even running juice back then).

And trust me, it had GREAT machine work performed............
