I just purchased a Art Carr Glide. Going with a 9 inch with A 5000 stall. How do ya'll think the car will run with my set-uo?

Depending on gear, tires chassis and all that other stuff besdes the engine and if you are running nitrous or not you could be mid 8's to low 10's. Got a certified cage and license?

No license yet. The cage is a 10 pt. certified acouple yrs. ago, but will have no problem recertifying. I will be running a 28 inch tall tire and will start out with a 4.10 gear. As far as the rest of the car, i have subframes ran through the floor board. I have the wolfe rear suspension with a roll bar and qa1 rear adjustible coil overs. The front end consist of an AJE complete front kit with a manual rack & AeroSpace brakes.

Fix the head gasket and spray that bugger! great #'s for a cam that large at .050 torqur would be higher with tighter lobe center. I thought my lift was big at .775 lift..guess I was wrong

I was actually told by Jay Allen that i needed a bigger cam, but i have steel valves in my Victor heads. With Titaminum, you can run higher lift, but will not be safe with the steel, it may drop. Do you have any idea how much these Victor motors generally make in regards to Torque?
