Mexico blocks have a higher nickle content = stronger metal...
"Hecho En Mexico" = "Made in Mexico" AND the block part number WILL
have an M in it in cat in to the block!
These blocks are getting difficult to find...just like the Austrailian heads...
Just curious...what will this care be used for MAINLY...your planned compression seems kinda high...combine that with a 100 HP squirt it no wonder ya gotta valve thats tryin' to go for a walk...
