I haven't tried a 50oz imbalance yet everything has been 28oz. I need to look at the specs from Ford again I believe it said I could use either 28 or 50oz set up.

I believe it's one or the other. You can not interchange these parts. The motor shoud have been balanced to either the 28 or 50 setup.

Found my paper work on the motor it has to be 28.2 and thats what I have.

Hopefully it's the cam...... Since you want to replace it. But it sounds like your harmonic balancer/or flexplate. Are the engine motor mounts new?? It's definitely a strange vibration.

Yes, They are TCP mounts.
