You can polish and relieve around all the oil drain back holes.
Where there is any casting flashing, grind it off.
Any sharp edges can be relieved.
Chamfer the headbolt holes.
When you get the block back from machinest, run a tap through ALL the bolt holes. Keeps you from having a "surprise" later while assembling.
