All Steel Damper for street 408W

Would a Pro Race-64269 "All Steel" damper be good for street use? SFI approved. Engine will occassionally exceed 6500 RPM's.

248/254 -@.50- .616/.622 -camshaft.; Victor Jr. Intake

My only concern was purchasing a damper that is not good above 6500 rpms. BUT now I am wondering if "All Steel" and no harmonics is a good choice. This is a weekend driver.

I'd appreciate your input.

Remember this, you get what you pay for, so if it is cheap, it is probably NO GOOD

If it is a real steel part without absorbing material in it (Fluidampr, TCI Rattler)), it is not a damper...So harmonics won't bereduced and do not expect engine longevity...
