You did alot of the dirty work for us! I've contemplated doing this, but now I feel confident I could tackle it.

Have you considered stamping out the pieces and selling the kit as a DIY kit?

Nahh... I am just a do it yourself type of guy. For one I don't have the tools to stamp out these plates and I think I would be stepping on some copyright laws if I did sell pre-made plates. I just wanted to share the correct dimensions that I found off of the real thing, and to show people that have more time than money how to make their own set.

I think you're going to find that the radius rods you used are a little on the light side, I would use 1 1/4" O.D. x .120" wall round tubing as the loads that are placed on them are quite high. I used the lighter radius rods and broke a couple on my Falcon.
