Sorry,I don't.I had 2 at one time,though.Not bad cars.I had a '77,'78,'and a '79 before I had the '81,so,it was a little hard to get used to after the bigger cars.Now I drive an '88 with the 5.0 H.O.

I had an 80 that I recently sold. It was in pretty rough shape. I bought it for $500 and drove it for almost 3 years. I didn't need it anymore after I finished the Comet

Yea, you really dont see too many 80-82 T-Bird's on the road. And when you do, most are in pretty rough shape. I can't say the are the most aestetic cars out there, but my 1980 T-bird really grew on me. Of course I really modified it from its stock "lounge lizard" condition.

Sorry to get into this post late but...

Mine is an 81, 5.0L, A/C, PS, AOD tranny. The body is in great shape, even the paint and landau top. Only problem was it had been mechanically neglected and I've been patching up the motor ever since. I stripped down and repainted the taillight assy first so you could actually see the brake lights. The damn vinyl bumpers look like crap and no luck finding replacements. The door trim fell off and the old man just threw them away so that looks kinda tacky. But overall it's a great car to run around in and fun to work on.

Rebuilt the carb and then reworked the intake gaskets and after tons of cleaning the motor really looks and runs good. But ...
The old radiator finally gave out and after replacing it my water pump/timing cover went bad so I'm in the middle of that repair now (details on another post)

It died and got replaced with an '84 5.0 ho.
2.25 gears replaced -w- 3.45's.
Dual exhausts, a 715 cfm 66 Shelby carb.
Better brakes, shocks, etc, etc.

It's nice to see some boxy birds out there. As soon as I figure out how to do it I'll post some pictures of my 80 Bird.
