Any other hotrodded t-birds on this forum?

I've got a 60' bird with warmed over 390, 4 speed toploader large input/output, 4.11 richmond gears, detroit locker, 31 spline currie axles, Caltracs. Goes pretty good for a 3800 pound sled, I've got some quiet 2.5" dynomax turbos that give it a stealth tone for those unlucky GM's in the other lane. Plan on taking it to the track soon and see what it'll do.

Gonna post any pics? Sounds like one hell of a ride. I especially like the 4 speed.

I had a rare 59 Bird that came with a 430 engine. I traded it for a 62 convert that I also liked. I wish I still had my 59.

I now have a 93 that has been redone bumper to bumper, top to bottom. It is a FUN car now, and have no plans on getting rid of it ever. Here is a peek under the hood.

Full details here.

One of our shop guys has one that puts down about 390 at the tire. This one was just upgraded to a Magnaport III and went 11:30's.

Yup, Kevin's car is a monster!! I have a 95 SC, bottom 14s at 97 mph is the best I've gotten from it so far. Mine has mods aimed more at making it handle and brake better.

cheers

That sounds pretty neat. Did you custom-make the block adapter plate to run the T-45, or is there actually something off the shelf available to mate an FE engine to a mod. motor bellhousing?

cheers
