94 tbird 5.0 conversion

Hi I just picked up a 94 tbird with the v6 in it. The v6 is is shot. Can I swap A 5.0 or any other small v8 into this car. I have been told it cant be done because of the suspension is different. Im looking for a easy swap. ANY IDEAS . I would like to make this car quick but drivable. If i can use a 5.0 in this a am looking for a wrecked donor car Thanks

I'm currenty looking into a 460 swap into a 1994. Any body have any information or tried this before? These cars are really cheap and plentyful right now and it would be ashame to let them go without a good beatin' !!!
