1992 t-bird SC tranny
Hello....
I have a 1992 SC, manual tranny. It has 75k miles and is in great shape. My problem is that the gear shifter comes off and in order to shift the gears you must push down on it. Has anyone else has this problem? Anyone know how to fix it?

1992 t-bird SC tranny
is it threaded? sounds like the knob is just stripped and you need a new knob. the aftermarket has tons of optioons.
