Bumper Jack arm questions for a 63

Well, where to get one and which other years or models, example the Galaxie would work. I'm looking for that black piece that would fit the top of the jack post, the hook part. My uncle is looking for one for his 63 and if he finds one on ebay it's like upwards of $350 for the whole assembly. Would somehting else be able to work? Who makes or sells them? Thanks.
