63 t-bird conv.ignition

i have a 63 t-bird that has a pertronix ignitor 1 installed.
the car was running fine and then started having an idle problem, running real rough, but would accelerate and run great, just idle problems,i even had the carb. rebuilt.definetly not carb.or gas.
the problem is definetly in the electronic ignition.
i found that three plugs are getting intermittent spark, i changed the wires,coil, rotor,dist.cap,plugs. still rough idle.
i really could use some help.

Check the position of the pertronics unit in relation to the LOBES of the distributor, turn the engine by hand and every time a cam lobe is over the pickup on the pertronix check the gap with a feeler gauge, and make sure they are ALL the same.

Then come back with your results and we'll go from there.
