Anyone know where I can get exhaust tips for a 70 torino?

i meant like nice nos tips that look good not ghetto brand pep boys that look awful

I understand not wanting to look too JC Whitney.
You can find NOS tips out there, however the last set I saw was my buddies and he got $500 for the pair!
No one is reproducing them at the present time.
I have a beautiful 1970 Torino GT Convertible with a 429, rare & expensive. I bought a pair of "old School" Slant cut chrome tips at my local AutoZone. When ever I have shown my car people have always had positive comments about the tail pipe tips.
Shop carefuly and make sure you purchase this type and not some modern rendition, which would be out of character for a 1970 muscle car.
The only other option you have is to open your wallet wide- really wide!
