What size torque converter

I have a 71 Formal, 351c 60 over. C-6 with shift kit. What size converter would I need (want)?? Also what would that do for me?

normal driver, but with allitle attitude of course. Needs to be able to drive long distance, if need be

Gotta know more about your engine. Also what rear gear are you running, and define long distance.

With all of that said, and assuming a mild build, I don't see how a guy could go wrong with a 2000 rpm converter. That would likely be a 12" design.

What size torque converter

I have no idea what size gears , I assume stock. Mild engine (210/214 cam) intake, carb (650) exhaudt. And as far as distance. i am referring to driving the car a few hundred mile...maybe at a time. What will the torque converter do for me? Also what comes stock>?
