Which Saginaw Pitman Arm?
I believe the answer is no.

I purchased a Saginaw quick ratio steering geer from Lee Manufacturing for my 73 Montego. I was told at the time of purchase that the internals are the same as a 12.7:1 Corvette, Trans Am, Or Z-28 Saginaw integral power steering gear. They did not list a manual gear for this application with that ratio when I spoke to them.

There are other non power setups, just not at that ratio.

Which Saginaw Pitman Arm?
I've got one of these SPA-T boxes in my 78 Cougar... totally woke the car up.
