Shifter Cable Woes

psquare75 Join Date: Mar 2002 Posts: 55	Shifter Cable Woes So I'm having a problem, maybe you midsized 72-79 guys can help. How are you routing your shifter cable? Mine melted, and it's not even on the pipe. Should I just make a shield and /or/ make the turnaround farther down the crossmember? I found it odd that 1st = reverse. Oops. Cable #2..
