Trunk light for a formal roof

The trunk light that my car is supposed to have, is not there. Can anyone tell me where it is supposed to mount, wire color and where the wire breaks out of the harness? Thanks!

I can take a look at mine maybe these evening when i get home. I can post a pic as well if ya want.

Here you go. the second pic shows the wiring. The black wire that plugs into the green connector is the one coming from the light. Hope this helps.

Well, that light looks nothing like I imagined. I found the green wire hanging out on mine and assumed that is what it was for. I wasn't sure how it was switched, but from the looks of things there is a mercury switch in the light. Thanks alot for the pics, whats that relay for in the trunk, fuel pump?
