Need some help...

I'm going to paint the 72 GTS calypso coral it has a black vynil roof. I'm not sure how I want to paint the hood .... do i just paint from the scoop back to windshield black or maybe i was thinking painting the whole hood black like the older torinos. What do you guys think. Thanks in advance.

Paint the hood calypso coral and get the black GT decal for the hood or have your painter paint it on, JMHO.

If you paint the hood black. Do it in an eggshell finish and intergrate your main color into the hood around the left, right, and front margin of the hood, say 3/4" or some other combo with an outer pin stripe. If the whole hood is black, it looks kinda cheap.
