1970 Torino GT Rear Speaker Size

[FONT='Calibri','sans-serif']I'm trying to put in aftermarket speakers in my 70' Torino GT, but can't find anything that tells me what size will fit the stock openings. If anyone knows where I could find a size chart or knows what size the factory speakers are it would help me out a lot. I think that the front dash speaker is a 4X10 but if someone could confirm that it would be great.[/font]

The rear speakers are most likely 6x9. That is the standard rear deck speaker size on American cars. You can crawl into your trunk and look up at the rear deck from beneath it and measure the holes that are cut out of the frame....

Yeah that's right, 6x9. I have a 70 GT myself and looking @ going with a set of Boston Acoustics.
