From the top body line down on a 1972 Torino, they are the same panel.
The aftermarket panels are made to fit either car.
I would suggest contacting these guys:

The pricing in the site is out of date, last time I called last summer, showed $190 per side.
They have the Torino panels, and are stamped here in the USA.
Good, heavy guage panel.
There are also some cheapie panels on ebay, for like $100, I think they are imported panels.
I picked up a pair of quarters a few years back on a trip out to Ohio, one wasa tabco, other was an imported, and the differance was night and day.
Imported panel was thin and you could sit and twist and flex the panel. The tabco panel is some thick metal, and the shape is pretty good.
As far as the torino 1/4 panel shape, I will attest they are NOT flat. I am frankly sick to hell of blocking my 1/4's out...about the only area they are remotely flat is on the very bottom behind the tire, but even then they are curved.
