'73 Torino/460

Hello, i recently aquired a 1973 Ford Torino. The car is in very nice shape with only 30K original miles but it is an inline 6. I have a 1984 F350 sitting outside with a milldy built 460/C6 that i would like to put into the Torino. Is there any place i can go that will have the info i need to do this swap? I have some engine swap experience:
5.0HO into a 1990 RX7
460/C6 into a fox body
383/T-5 into an '88 trans am (original 2.8L auto)
and my baby, a 3.4L DOHC (LQ1, TONS of mods with an intercooled turbo setup) into my 1987 Pontiac Fiero, originaly a 2.5L

Stuff i know (well, think) i will need:
motor mounts... factory big block torino mounts work?
Radiator... I assume teh 6 cyl. one will not work
driveshaft...

stuff i wonder about:
throttle linkages/kick down cable
rear end
trans mount(s)

Re: '73 Torino/460

I have a 73 Torino that I put a 460 in. This will be tons easier than other swaps you have done. Because the 429/460 engine family was available from the factory in these cars the swap is pretty straight forward. I started with a 351C car, so you may have some issues I did not.

I bought factory motor mounts off ebay. They seem to be getting more scarce. Crites Restorations (Crites Restoration Products) sells mounts that adapt factory small block mounts to the big block.

I had to upgrade from the factory two-row radiator to a three-row unit. I got it pretty cheap from the Radiator Barn (Radiators, automotive radiators, condenser, oem radiators, truck radiators).

The trans member had two mounting positions. My 460/C6 wanted the rearward position. The mount was a standard replacement piece.

I used the existing throttle linkage, but I don't know if that will be possible with a 6-cylinder car.

I had a 9" sitting in the rear end. I don't know what they put in the 6 cyl cars.

I went to a local shop and had a drive shaft made. Around $200, I think?

I hope this helps
