72 GTS Dash Pad Question

Hello All,
Just found this forum. My wife and I have owned a 1972 Gran Torino Sport since the fall of 1972. It's been with us a long time but not driven a lot. I am in the process of tuning up the interior. The dash pad has cracked and I found one from a 1975 Torino. Does anyone know if this one will fit. It's in great condition and the color matches. Thanks for the help.

Be sure to post of pic of your Torino for us to see. Sounds neat that you've had it since 72. Probably got some good stories to share.

Re: 72 GTS Dash Pad Question

Thanks all for the info. I will be glad to post some pictures as soon as I get the car back from the dash pad replacement and having the rear bumper rechromed. Actually, my wife had bought the car new before we got married. She only drove it a couple of years and we got her another car. I have put the majority of the 67,000 miles on the car usually on the weekends and holidays or car shows. I did a full underbody restoration including the engine compartment and wheel wells. No damage there, just undercoating and replacing a few parts.
