Exhaust Suggestions

I like the sound of headers on any engine. If it's going to remain stock, keep it simple and fairly quiet, obnoxiously loud will get old fast. I like the sound of flowmasters, but wanted to be different for mine. I just built my whole exhaust, and I like the sound. I was trying some crazy things, but the sound turned out great, quiet in the car when cruising, but has a nice bark when you get on it.

So I think I will keep the stock exhaust manifold for now.
Thinking about Flowmaster Super 40 or Super 44, which would give me better performance with a stock 302?
What about pipe size?
The other thing I was wondering was, should I come out in front of the back tire, behind the back tire, or in each corner at the bumper (it's a wagon and I don't want to come straight out the back).

I suggest dump in front of the rear wheels, should be easier and less expensive that way.
