front springs

i have a 72 gran torino originally a 302 but i have a 460 in it now and the front end sits about 3 inches off the ground anybody know what front springs are interchangeable to get it lifted up so it dosent bottom out im tight on money with a newborn thanks guys on the last one too.

Look up Coil Spring Specialties. They'll ask you all the easy stuff and set you up with the correct front springs.

A 600lb spring rate up front is what I find nice with a BBF. Tell them the amount of drop you want from stock.... 1 to 1.5 inches is nice for the street.

The car in my sig has a 460 and 600lb springs with a 1 inch drop. Keep in mind the front bumper isn't on and I'm parked on a slope.

PS I've suggested this route 10 times on FordMuscle but many people still want to "interchange". I don't understand this when you can get a set of custom springs from Coil Spring Specialties for about $120 a pair. Maybe less.
