shocks??

before you bash, all i want to know after a good amount of searching is do I get shocks for a 01 police crown vic for the front only and 72 torino shocks for the rear or do I get front and rear shocks off a 01 vic for all 4 corners on my torino?

It's late, 2am, and off hand I am just drawing a total blank.
I putzed around with the parts America site, and the crown vic had the same call out for the KYB shock be it a 1991 police, or the 2001 police model.
The torino called out a different shock part number, but this doesn't make sence, as from everything I have seen, they should interchange.
Too tired to mess with this, and people better versed could porbably answer this better than I.

I just woke upp tired also, but from what i understand they are the same not sure if the shocks go up to 2001 but if they are the same as the 91 then your good to go, get the PI shocks and have fun if they are not right make sure you can take em back
