Rear Disc Conversion

Has anyone tried this Summit rear disc conversion kit?

I currently need drums, and wheel cylinders. Parts from NAPA are gonn run about $323 including tax. For an extra $80 bucks I can convert to disc brakes.

This is gonna go on a 1973 Gran Torino Sport with 351C 4V, C6. Are these cars with 351's large or small bearing?

Do the disc swap well worth the money
Some have big some have small bearings you will have to look
