1974 Gran Torino Elite CHEAP!

I have a '74 elite that is basically just a shell. the body is in overall great condition other than the roof being rusted out. Great buy if you need a new rear end (has 9" ford in it) and replacement panels. As i said the roof is gone so im not sure how much of the interior you could use. I do keep a tarp over it but still is weathered. I bought it for the motor, trans and rear end. The rear end ended up being way too wide for my application so i am selling it with the car. I have included pictures below just keep in mind the car has not been cleaned up in over 8 years. dark smudges around hood is grease from pulling motor and trans. Make me a reasonable offer and it's yours. I could potentially deliver it for a fee also. Just contact me at dyn6189@aol.com if you have any questions or might be able to just part out if i have enough interest. I am located in thomasville, nc 27360 thanks, RJ

Do you still have the Elite? What size engine did it have? I'm looking for the frame brackets to mount a 460 into a '70 LTD. The engine already has the isolator brackets. Just need the ones that bolt to the craddle.

For poortinker. This car does not have the brackets you need. Gotta be a LTD type chassis. This car has the same stuff as 72 up Torino and Thunderbirds.

Thanks fordman460, for the clarification. That info. may have saved me a few dollars and a wasted trip to a junk yard.
