Why not familiarize everyone with why we want the truck forum?
I started my hotrodding with trucks, only getting my mustang for cheap transportation. Started with my 74 F-350 2wd but she is now parked, and will son be no more, as I am building an 82 F-250 4x4. Gonna use the F-350s 460. T-18, NP205. All the good stuff. Ultimate plan is to lift it 4 inches, and then do what ever hacking and cutting in order to fit a nice set of tires under there. I know I can fit 35's or 36's fairly easy. Ima use a spare 38 I have and see how well I can stuff that under there. Im probably gonna end up running some Ground Hawgs or Gumbo Mudders, as finding tires for 16.5's is geting tricky. All said ond done, I wanna cross the Rubicon, hit Moab, and maybe even hit New Mexico for Las Cruces!

We dont have enough money to make them all show pieces.
We are working on the mechanics of the truck mostly right now. Going to make just a good driver out of it.
This truck will see life again soon.

When I get my digital camera back I will post pics of my projects, right now on hold due to money, holidays coming up and all. But my two projects are an 89 Bronco (302 fuel injected, auto overspeed tranny) needs a new engine, oil leak is BAD! she goes back into service as a daily driver.
My other project is currently a beater, an 83 Bronco. She currently sports a 302 2V, C-6 tranny, NP208 transfer case. Plans are to swap in a stroked out 351 (40, rebuild the tranny (over 100,000 miles on it) and get a good suspension lift to allow some 35's under her.
I love this truck, very basic! No AC, or dash vents either, no power options on the inside, heck I don't think it was even ordered with a radio! And a big old bench seat, no captains chairs here, so she is a good candidate for a fun build up! I'll post pics when I get them!

Queenie's 55 F100 has been up here a time or two but here it is again ...
http://hometown.aol.com/queenies55f100/index.html
If you hit the link to "Project Plans" at the bottom the first page, then go to the bottom again and link to "Pictures" ... you can see the Finished Chassis
The Cab and Bed are back on for now (for additional fabrication) but will come off again. I have another roll of film I'll get processed with a few more PICs

Mine can be viewed here: http://www.ford-trucks.com/user_gall...;albumid=4022. Anyway its getting a 4v 351C with an aluminum intake, headers, holley 750 double pumper, hotter cam and possibily nitrous. It got a 2/4 drop and some american racing rims, 3inch exhaust, toploader 4-sp, completetly rebuilt front end and 9 inch axle with 3.00:1 gears to keep her at a nice cruisin rpm, new wood bed is coming soon along with 2 10" JL subs and an alpine amp (already has a sony deck and components), bucket seats out of a 93 ford tauras, hopefully it will be gettin painted here in the next 6 months to. This truck has been a lot of work and there is still a lot to do to it to. There isn't a hole lot of these older (82) flaresides in as good as shape as mine. To date i have not seen one in person in as good as shape as mine, but I wish there were more.

Been lurking a couple years now but since we now have a truck forum and that's all I drive, I fugured I'd go ahead and subscribe.
My daily driver-work truck is a 71 F100 that my dad bought new and gave too me 22 years ago. I did a back yard restoration on it a couple years ago including my first try at paint and body.
I've installed a 351W, AOD, power dics and power steering.
