back to work on my 85 4x4

Sunday I’m going back to work on my 85 4x4. I got a new converter (street fighter) input shaft (non-lockup) and the FMS gear set for the AOD. Hopefully TBOLT will stop by and give me a hand.

Shops all cleaned up and ready for a good thrashing. TBOLT made me a nice tray for working on transmissions it’s big enough to put a transmission in for disassembly, keeps all the fluid from getting all over the place. I also compared the FMS wide ratio gear set with the stock set I had kicking around and there are huge differences. I’ll try and get some pics as we go to show the differences. With the street fighter non-lockup converter, 4.56, TransGo HP shift kit and the wide ratio gear set my truck should be fairly quick off the line. It better be with all the money I have in this transmission I could have built three C4’s
