Rod Bolts for a budget 306 build

beegshot Join Date: Sep 2003 Posts: 1,080	Rod Bolts for a budget 306 build This motor is going in my '79 F150. It's not a race motor. I'm looking for 250 fwhp in a motor that will never spin over 6K rpm and rarely over 5500. I know the ARP wav-loks are "cheap" insurance [img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_frown.gif[/img] in a mild motor. But, I'd rather spend the $'s on something else. What do you think?
