Looks a lot like the "van" Max and his wife were driving before he became "MAD MAX" in that classic film from down under.

I've seen a couple. I don't think Ford did the conversion themselves though.
There are some unique conversions running around out there:
4 door Broncos 1 &amp; 1/2 ton models, Duely 4 door Broncos, 6 door crewcabs.......it's fun to spot them once in a while.
