what is my trans ??

I have a 1993 ford 1/2 ton p/U 2 wheel drive with a 302 engine & the local Ford dealership can not tell me what trans I have>> the numbers are top row --PKB BF>>>> second row --012674 H12>>>> third row --F3TP AA >>> Thanks in advance >>>Jim >>>fordsemi >> all this came on a tag bolted to the trans >>Thanks

ya but not with a VIN code "N".What is your VIN CODE???

How can I identify the VIN code of my Transmission?
If your vehicle was manufactured between 1975 to 1980, the VIN/Transmission code is the 5th digit of your VIN number.
If your vehicle was manufactured after 1980, the VIN/Engine code is the 8th digit of your VIN number

If the pan says METRIC and "automatic overdrive", then it is an AOD, if it just says METRIC, than it is an AODE. Also check to see if it has two linkage arms on the drivers side--AOD or just one with a plastic neutral safety switch---AODE
