Headers on 302 with C6?

Work on a 64 F100 and a 302 with a C6 tranny is going in it with new mounts and every thing, got headers for the 302(summit), but they do not work with the C6.
Any ideas of where I can get a set there will work with the C6?[img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_confused.gif[/img]

couldn't find them anywhere for our old '79 w/302 & C6. Tried about everything and ended up with a set of old Mustang shorties before I sold the truck.

That is what we figur to be the easy way to go. SHORT it will be, it was a bear to talk the owner in to it.
Will there be a big diffrent in power??

don't know. Never got the long tubes to fit well enough to safely run the truck. I would figure that there isn't much difference, though. Truck ran great with shorties.

We did a 70s Ford pickup with a set of Cyclone (or Blackjack?) headers. Passenger side was fine, but wouldn't clear the drivers side of the C6. About 20 minutes with a torch solved that problem, as it wasn't lacking much. Still a little close, but we made enough room to make it work.

If ANYBODY has a set of headers (fullsized) that will work, Hooker will. Maybe Hedman as well.
