i am able to get a fuel injected 302 out of a grand marque with less than 50,000mi. on it. late 80's car. is it possible to take the fuel injection of and install a regular intake and carb. wanting to put the motor in a 84 f-150. can get a good deal on the motor, hate to pass it up. thanks for the suggestions, everyone had been very helpful with my other questions.[img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_tup.gif[/img]

i just done one of these last week!

yes, you need to change the intake of course, and also the timing cover to allow for a mech fuel pump. the end of your cam already have the fuel pump lobe to run it, unless you want to run an electric fuel pump?

this is an easy swap, and a great time to change the timing chain and gears!
