\'90 bronco 2 power window question

How do I go about getting the power window motors out of my 1990 bronco 2 to replace them ? the windows just kinda make noise. thanks.

Drill out the rivits and replace with 1/4 X 20 bolts.

\'90 bronco 2 power window question

If you remove the plastic door panel and the liner, you will find 3 indentions where the electric motor is located. Drill the holes with a 1/8th pilot drill,then a 1/2 inch hole to access the 3 electric motor bolts. remove with a 5/16 inch socket or a 8mm metric socket. you do not have to remove the window or the regulator to repair or replace the electric motor. you can get a gear repair kit from Ford or a aftermarket supplier.
