swapping f250 or 350 susp. parts into a 79 f100

is it at all possible to swap 2wd suspenssion parts between these trucks whithin similar years? i have a 79 f100, and would like to give more umph to its towing capacity. i may even like to convert to a dual rear wheel. the rear is pretty self explanitory to me with possible differences in leaf spring widths, the front is kinda where my question is directed. do the spindles, kingpins, springs, and any other primary susspension parts interchange? thanks.
