1979 F100 project

I just bought a 79 F 100 flat bed 302 4speed bull low trans!
Upon further inspection I found the 302 only running on 6 cylinders! Lots of oil blowby so out comes the drivetrain!
I had a choice of another 302 or 351 Windsor and opted for the cubes. So far a Edelbrock Performer RPM intake and Holley 750 Vac sec carb has been added along with a 500 lift camshaft! Headers into dual 2.25 Hooker Aerochambers to get the gases out! A Lentech Automatics C4 Trans with a TCI 2400 stahl converter with a Hurst Pro-Matic 2 truck shifter to shift the manual valve body!
Any guess on how much power this should put out?
It should be running in a couple of days and run some 1/8 mile in the spring when the bugs are all out of it!
