HOW TO PROPERLY INSTALL OIL PUMP INTO OIL PAN ?

Hi Guys

I'm a newbie on re-building my 289, V8 engine.

What do I have to know about installing an oil pump and pick-up along with a windage tray please?

Like the torqueing and what else your guys know how to do and I DON'T [img]/forums/images/smiles/icon_confused.gif[/img]

Whatever tricks and proper way to so this will be GREATLY APPRECIATED [img]/forums/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif[/img]

HOW TO PROPERLY INSTALL OIL PUMP INTO OIL PAN ?

Don't use Permatex or anything on the gaskets. Put hex drive on oil pump not down the distributor hole
