Need help on mass air conversion

Ford Racing discontinued the mass air conversion kit for 87-93 AOD trucks. I am trying to convert an 86' to mass air for a FPS built 331ci motor to go in my 86' stepside. I called everyone that advertises the M-9000-T51 kit but nobody actually has one since it is discontinued. I am also concerned about trying to use the stock truck efi intake and throttle body with a 360-380hp engine. I'm afraid it will not get enough airflow. Is there a good intake for a truck (maybe even aftermarket) that would have good low end torque and not take a rocket scientist to adapt everything to work with mass air? I have had this truck since it was new and don't want to give up on converting it to a good engine and mass air system. Thanks for the reply. I have reviewed this article quite a few times and it has helped out. I am still concerned about using the stock intake and throttle body with a 331 at 360-380hp. I'm still researching.
