2006 f150 power windows and locks

Chirag, First of all, I would like to say good luck, finding a Ford dealership who can find the right electrical connector pins, it took me 3 trips, that was my biggest stumbling block. I made all of my connections on the "CJB" central junction box. For the Power window circuit I chose to use the relay that was already there for a rear window defroster that the truck was not equipped with. I had to pull the CJB away from the pillar and tie into connector C270N pin #6 that was occupied by the circuit for the absent rear defroster. I removed the existing pin and taped it off and tucked it away. I installed the new pin in and wire in #6 spot to supply the power window circuit. To make the relay active when the key is turned to the on position I had to energize the relay by grounding the orange wire with the yellow trace thats located on the CJB connector C270E pin #22.
By grounding this wire. I now have a 12v source that was "key on" activated and fuse protected. by the way you will have to lower the fuse from a 40 to a 25 or 30 amp. {the relay is normally grounded by the control switch that truck is not equipped with}
The power source for the door locks was taken from the CJB as well, I used pin #3 on the same connecter as the windows C270N. This circuit is hot at all times. I also used pin #2 on connector C270J for power only when the key is in the on position to supply the automatic lock feature.
with the exception of the connector pins all parts were purchased from A1 Electric link A1electric.com the part numbers are listed below.
Window Kit FD 83-K
Switch Kit 4980-21-007
MES wireless door lock kit W01-RF 104 with 712t upgrade
Door lock switch kit DLSW-LT
Small boot Boot-Sm
I used the small boot because I felt uncomfortable with how much the large boot was stretching. Because the small boot was used, I could not put the switches in the door. I chose to place my window and lock switches in that empty pocket below the hvac controls. A 1" hole saw works very well with either size boot and you must first remove the window regulators and swing the CJB and parking brake pedal assembly out of the way because you must drill from the inside out on both pillars and both doors. Also remove the rubber access covers located on the iside of the pillars before attempting to drill.
The photos I took are apparently too large to send. I will try to make the files smaller and send them later.
