Charging
My battery light comes on and the lights dim when the truck gets to around 4500 rpm. It is a 2003 F-150 with 66,000 miles. Not sure if the alt is over speeding and the regulator is cutting it out. Any ideas???

My dad had the same thing happen to his 02 F150 everytime you go to around 3,000 rpm. However, eventually the light just stayed on and the alt took a dump. Get that changed since your alt is probably on the way out.
