352 in a 64 f250

My 64 f250 has a 352 fe and im just curious as to why they are worth more then other fe engines. Everyone i have ever talked to has said they are rare and im curious as to how rare basically, whats the going price on a 352. Not that i want to sell mine. My truck has a number matching transmission, engine, and only 34000 miles on it
