88 F-150 clutch help

ok im workin on a buddys 88 F150 300 6cyl 5speed (4speed w/overdrive) and once we pulled it up from the bone yard the clutch goes to the floor and stays..we replaced the line because it was broke open pretty bad and u can pump the pedel with the cap off and nothin no bubbles no sign of life..we poped the line off by the the trans and pumped and it would spit a drop or 2 of fluid but not much pressure...think it just needs a new slave cylinder?????
