The Big Ex-cab Question
HEY GUYS,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,AND ANY GALS THAT MIGHT SEE THIS. I HAVE AN '84 F250 XL. LONGBED. I HAVE THIS NUTTY IDEA OF PUTTING AN EX-CAB AND SWB OF THE SAME YEAR ON THE FRAME. IS THE FRAME LENGTHS OF THE REG-CAB LONGBEDS AND EX-CAB SWB THE SAME LENGTHS OR IS ONE LONGER THAN THE OTHER? IF SO, WHICH ONE IS LONGER? DOES ANYONE THINK THIS IS A WORTHWHILE PROJECT BESIDES ME?

The more cab you got aon a standerd bed, teh more frame you got under the body....

I don't know about the frame lengths, but I think it's a very worthwhile project. I'd do it.

thx for the vote of confidence. gotta '66 galaxie project goin on right now but I plan to start the x-cab project within a month. I've already lined up a doable cab but havent found a good swb bed yet but I've got time to find one.
