1986 f-250 electrical problem

I was driving my truck yester day and came to a stop sign when I pushed in my cluch pedal I lost all electrical power nothing works no stereo no head lights nothing it doesn’t even crank, I checked my battery and its good but I am getting battery voltage at ground. Any ideas
